- RFK Jr talking about the autism registry during today's testimony to the Senate HELP Committee: "It’s entirely voluntary. Patient privacy is protected. The data is digitalized and depersonalized…patients have an absolute right to opt-out of it."
- The section on ACA also states that it would "prohibit gender transition procedures from being included as an essential health benefit." Unclear if this also only applies to minors, or if this would apply to all "gender transition procedures"
