View full threadNot with the current Congress. The problem is with the continued consolidation of power into the executive will be complete before the Mid-terms and that means it will be likely there will be no elections or at best rigged elections in all red districts keeping them in place.

View full threadAs with religion, nationalism, or technology...tribal dynamics in politics are powerful. That power can unify a movement or tear a country apart. I tend to view it as not the problem of tribalism in politics, but rather whether it’s used to build community or to destroy truth. 3/3
- Trump’s MAGA united free Europe in support of Ukraine, unified Canada and mobilised Australians to vote against the far right- to the point of leaders losing their once fascist favouring seats . Trump is rousing entire populations against the right, for the greater good
