- The Court is trying to limit universal injunctions when all it need do is pronounce what the law is and that will resolve all disputes about universal injunctions.
- OK, trying this again because of a bad typo the first time. This is a dumb comment, but if the Supreme Court just addressed the merits of the birthright citizenship question, which are easy, it wouldn't matter whether there is a national injunction or not.
