The sad thing is that Trump realized doing corruption out in the open like this means that news media like NYT and WP won't call it out as corruption. They've internalized the idea that public corruption isn't actually corruption.

The hypocrisy is astounding, it’s as if we live in another reality. Just a few short months ago it was the Biden crime family. This man is literally being paid by foreign governments in the open, this isn’t a mystery. It’s like watching Friday the 13th, the guy with the mask is going to kill people.
