I smoke, I drink, I'm out of shape, but I would totally cage match to the death some of these right-wing "manly" grifters and win. I would even do it with just my feet while holding and drinking a beer as well as smoking a cigarette. They're just weak loudmouthed bullies who need a life lesson.
