- my opinion on what the Founders wanted is generally “who cares it was hundreds of years ago let us handle modern problems” but they could not possibly have been clearer about “no Donald Trumps” and on this issue we really should have listened

- you want to know one reason people are losing trust in the media? it’s the total inability to call things what they are some guy on YouTube: “wow this is the most corrupt shit I’ve ever seen” the Times: “critics say it raises appearance of impropriety” who are people going to take seriously?
- just because John Roberts decided that the only way a politician can be corrupt is by accepting a cartoon sack of cash with ‘$$$’ on it while explicitly saying “I am accepting this bribe in exchange for an official act” does not make it true
- cannot stress enough how little thought has gone into the destruction going on it’s ctrl-f for bad words, with not a single person double checking what the underlying program actually is it’s firing everyone who is “probationary” without even looking at their job title pure smash and grab
- Just amazing: Trump grew angry over a Biden-era program with the word "equity" in its name, so he ended it. But a key part of the program was sending money to red states to expand internet access in rural/MAGA country. Now they might not get it. New piece from me: newrepublic.com/article/1950...
- what these people mean is that they themselves will work hard to paint her as an extreme leftist and sabotage her chances because they prefer being ruled as subjects by Trump and his ghouls to AOC gaining power
