I’m no Supreme Court expert, but it seems to me that if Roe can be overturned, the trump immunity case can as well. They said Roe was incorrectly decided and reversed it. I’d argue that no case in history was more incorrectly decided than the immunity case. Fix it Mr. Chief Justice!
