I bagged it in case the manufacturer wants to see what the hell want went wrong but I guess don’t buy the budget upper from Radical Firearms

That’s odd. I have a couple of Radical Firearms, have had zero issues and I abused one to try and break it

I genuinely think it was a 1/100,000 manufacturing error. The rest of the upper has held up pretty damn well.
