They aren’t deporting American citizens.
If the admin deported the parents but kept the children here, people would cry about separating kids from their parents.
The people are choosing to take their American citizen children with them.
They targeted a case which blurred the lines between kidnapping migrants and kidnapping citizens.
Good job doing their work for them.
It’s not “kidnapping migrants”.
It’s arresting illegal immigrants.
If they don’t want to be separated from their children, the govt will send their kids with them.
There are no more anchor babies. The policy has changed and the illegal immigrants have to make a choice.

Due process, per the 5th amendment, is for all persons, regardless of citizenship.
They've been kidnapped. Renditioned. Disappeared.
They factually haven't been deported, nor arrested.
