As far as I can interpret, SIR guidelines suggest that lumbar puncture ("low risk") can be performed right through almost any antiplatelet/anticoagulant medication including DOACs, DAPT, heparin ASRA guidelines are much more conservative What's everyone's practice? #medsky #emimcc
