- doing LPs on therapeutic heparin or DOACs seems pretty insane to me. my main go-to source is the British Association of Neurologists guideline: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30154234/ you can LP through DAPT if you really have to (IBCC discussion: emcrit.org/ibcc/id/#lum...)
