Btw, quite a message to be sending to tourists thinking of visiting the U.S.: “there is no law that protects you here, we will do to you whatever we like.” No wonder arrivals are falling off a cliff.

If rights are only guaranteed to citizens, we should be demanding proof of citizenship for every gun sale and purchase.
