Outside my doctors, this morning to help me deal with my lupus flare & keep me out of urgent care or the ER. I cannot stress enough how crucial it is to have a team place to fight this disease. During lupus awareness month there’s no better time to tell you that this sucks and we must eradicate it!

I have great empathy for anyone afflicted with lupus, as my older sister fought the disease for 30 years before it finally beat her when she was 50 years old!
