- Okay the plane is obviously bullshit, but have some perspective.
- Let’s set aside that Pam Bondi used to rake in $115K a month from Qatar, and now says that “flying grift” is totally fine. On its face, this jet makes no sense as Air Force One. Hear me out: There’s supposed to be two identical Air Force One jets…
- …for security and redundancy. One carries the president. The other’s a decoy and backup. Is Qatar sending two? That “gift” Nowhere near ready to become the flying White House. It would need encrypted comms, missile defenses, EMP shielding, a medical suite, mid-air refueling—a total retrofit.
- Not only that, isn’t this Qatari gift the same model (747-800), but OLDER? Why would he downgrade Air Force One at a stupid high cost? Just pocket the plane until he’s out of office, right?

View full threadHey, a bit of heads-up - it was bugging me why the texture of the sound was changed too much when the audio was passing through RM, and turns out I needed to timeshift the audio with -23 samples (on the signal path). I am not sure why, maybe the RM device doesnt compensate for the Grid FX latency
