- To your request, this is a young lady I found living in the woods behind my apartment yesterday. The instant we got her inside all she wants is love and attention. She stays absolutely glued to our feet. Got her vet attention today and trying to see if she is a missing pet or got left behind.
- She is not chipped, but her claws are trimmed (not declawed). In addition, she is extremely friendly so it appears she was a pet at some point. Hoping that if she's missing we can find her people. If not, going to be in touch with some rescues to make sure she gets a safe loving home.

- Whew, my husband found a copycat recipe for the Jurassic Park Chilean Sea Bass and we cooked it together for my birthday. Turned out amazing!

- Of course "sea bass" is a damn pricy fish now. Because of Jurassic Park people thought it was fancy and permanently drove up prices kind of like oxtail.
- Chilean seabass at that time was considered a mid grade low selling fish because nobody wants to eat "Patagonian Toothfish". So it was marketed as "sea bass" to boost sales and it worked! The yellow bits are fried shredded sweet potato- cheap af.
- We used leeks, but the original used green beans, also cheap as hell. The little red peppers are Peruvian peppers, which are native to the island.
- The funny thing is that looking into it, even the meal was in keeping with the theme of the movie how Hammond was cutting corners and making cheap things look good.
