- I know this is going to sound naive or earnest, but I genuinely find myself shocked by how little people seem to be upset by the levels of corruption we're seeing. Is that the median voter assumes everyone is corrupt already? Or isn't actually getting stories about the corruption?
- My dad, a long time Republican with some centrist talking points, has said for years “they’re all corrupt”. As he votes for corruption.

- I left because the reliability of the news I was seeing was dropping, with tweets about current events being suppressed. I left because links are deranked in the algorithm. I left because of the increasing normalization of the far right. I left because Elon is a dipshit.

- I really enjoyed this video by @hankgreen.bsky.social on vlogbrothers. I think it does a good job of using history to explain the current media/cultural/political landscape and does a lot to help the viewer understand how we got here. Just wanted to reprint and share the pamphlet :)

- Did you read the thread? Not all sex variations cause medical issues. Some allow one to live a totally normal life, perhaps even unaware that their sex gene doesn’t match their chromosomes, or that their chromosomes don’t match their gonads.
