#OTD in 1970: a private PA-23 Aztec [PI-C776] crashes in Manila (Philippines). 13 on the ground and all 4 aboard die. Shortly after take-off, aircraft had an engine failure. Unable to turn back, plane went down on an urban area. More information on this occurrence is appreciated.
