Thank you! There were 4 Stills at SF MOMA - of course all in their own room! 🤣🤣🤣 I LOVED the exhibits at SF MOMA - lots of abstract expressionists. The Ruth Asawa retrospective was mind-blowing. A fave museum experience. 🥰
Did the retrospective feature enough of her work to give that landscape feeling of a wild, wire wood?
Yes! Lithographs, drawings, paintings, ceramics, sculpture, … Even the shadows of her sculptures were magnificent! She had 6 kids, and still did art - highly unusual for a woman artist of her era. She was a friend of Buckminster Fuller. Really inspiring.
