Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal (TK) has found that parts of the state budget cutting funding for two judicial bodies, including the TK itself, are unconstitutional.
The decision is likely to be ignored by the government, which does not recognise the TK's legitimacy.

I just think that giving a verdict that basically says "it's illegal for you to not give me money" sounds silly.
It's a sh*t show, but the government has a good reason to question the legitimacy of the Tribunal. It'll take years to fix the judiciary 😖
That's one of the reasons upcoming elections are so dang important 😶
