Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal (TK) has found that parts of the state budget cutting funding for two judicial bodies, including the TK itself, are unconstitutional.
The decision is likely to be ignored by the government, which does not recognise the TK's legitimacy.

It's a sh*t show, but the government has a good reason to question the legitimacy of the Tribunal. It'll take years to fix the judiciary 😖
