- I read the article, and there is a lot of: Could, if, and seems. If this were the CONs I'd be worried. The NDP have been pretty good about FN agreements and environmental issues.
- In my 30 plus years of experience in this area if there is wiggle room available, it will be exploited. Definitely not the direction I support.
