This isn't right even as a matter of literal definitions. Bribery requires quid pro quo. "Corruption" is not limited to bribery. It is corrupt to personally profit off your public office even if it's not direct bribery. Don't finger-wag about "terms matter" if you're going to misdefine said terms.
Corruption requires explict quid pro quo. It is not corrupt to take an action that aligns with the interest of a person who gives you a gift, unless the official action was in direct response to that gift--a bribe. Terms matter. Accuracy and fairness matters. Regardless of what social media wants.
Paying for things is crooked.
Anyone can pay for things.

There are only about 20k ICE agents. They can and obviously are ad hoc detailing other federal LEOs, but there are hard practical limits on that. Best guess: off-duty state and local cops. But militia cosplay randos (plenty of overlap there) wouldn't be surprising at this point.
It’s really striking how irregular the bands of mostly men conducting federal immigration enforcement are. They seem to have no particular uniform, they wear a variety of different agency initials on their tactical vests, or none at all, they’re inconsistent about displaying a badge…
It now appears that where we're going to end up on tariffs is that they will be high enough to cause serious price increases for consumers, but not high or targeted enough to spur meaningful reshoring of manufacturing.
