- This response in a large part validates the criticism of Harvard by the administration by accepting significant change has been required and undertaken. It is a foolish approach. The sole argument to be made is the independence of higher learning whilst adhering to the sound legal principles /1
- There appears to be a problem understanding that negotiation and reason is not an option with this administration. They speak in extremes and without subtlety. The response should have been succinct, minimal and direct.
