Two-Spirit. Indigenous. Still here.
I’ve lived the breaking. Now I teach the rising.
Coach | Healer | Fierce soul with a voice
- I carry Cherokee, African, and Norse blood. I’m Two-Spirit. I walk as a guest on Cree, Ojibwe, Blackfoot, Diné, and Métis land. Sacred words aren’t decorations. They come from Nations, not the internet. Language is medicine. And respect is everything. #IndigenousVoices #BridgeBuilding
- Stay grounded. Own your voice. Opposition doesn't mean you're wrong—it means you're rising. Let them doubt, dismiss, criticize. You’re still becoming. Still building. Still burning. And no one gets to take that from you.
- As an Indigenous person and a leader, I was taught that every life is sacred. Strong leaders listen, not silence. Policies that target the vulnerable divide us. True strength is compassion. If we want to rise as a nation, we must protect one another—even those who walk a different path.
- People say they want change, but when someone starts building it, even allies can become critics. I’m not here to fuel division – I’m here to ignite transformation. This isn’t about me. It’s about us. It’s about We. #WeAreTheFire #RealChange
- As a Two-Spirit Indigenous person with CPTSD and autism, and the child of a residential school survivor, I choose to stand in my truth. I’m healing, speaking up, and pushing for change, even within systems not built for my voice. #Reconciliation #TraumaRecovery #TwoSpiritVoices #StandInYourTruth
- I honor my mother – a force of nature. Like the Earth, she has weathered storms, given life, and stood unbreakable. In honoring her, I honor the line of women before her, and myself – the seed and the fire. #MothersDay #Legacy #WeAreTheFire
- I know the settlers aren’t leaving. I walk within the systems I critique. I won’t run away. I need connection. I need the earth. I will bridge these divides because my fire isn’t just to destroy, but to transform. #WeAreTheFire #Decolonize #BridgeBuilder

- Left, right, or center, liberal or Marxist, socialist or communist – if you’re a settler, you’re still living on stolen land, walking on erased lives. Being 'progressive' doesn't change the roots of colonization. #Decolonize #LandRemembers #TruthMatters
- Colonialists calling me a bot when they don’t like my perspective is telling. It reveals how deeply they fear voices they can't control, perspectives they can't erase. Hey settlers, we don't think or see, interact, or perceive like you.
- Being Indigenous means seeing through a different lens. When we speak, settlers often hear attack, not reflection, because even the best of them stand on stolen, sacred land taken by violence and forgotten lives. To look within means facing that truth, and that is a heavy thing.
- To us, the colonialist institutions of religion, such as the catholic church, are seen as tools used by evil people and those that defend them as fellow humans, but to be wary of.
- In Indigenous culture, all humans and all life are equal. Titles, wealth, prestige, and holy persons, although sacred and honored, are equal and have no more right to breathe than anyone, from the president to the tiny insect, to a stone or pebble.
- Healing through Indigenous ceremony has transformed me. I have found my place in the circle of life, my connection to the Earth, and to all my relations. I am no longer lost in anger. I am grateful. I am aware. I am me. #WeAreTheFire #IndigenousHealing #SacredIdentity
- Colonial settler culture often lacks respect for elders and those whose lives carry the weight of time and sacred knowledge. It’s a gap that reveals a deeper disconnection from the sacred—a wound in the spirit that needs healing. #ReclaimingTheSacred #IndigenousWisdom #WeAreTheFire
- I walk the Red Road and honor the Ghost Dance. I try to teach and help where I can. We’re all just human, each with our own contradictions and wounds, part of the same circle. This is our way.
- I honor my path without erasing yours. We all have a right to our stories, our truths, and our ways of being. #TwoSpirit #Decolonize #WeAreTheFire
- Take nothing personal.
- If I had five minutes with President Trump, I’d simply say this: We’re all in this together. Our strength comes from our shared humanity, our connections, and our common dreams for a better world.
- Justice should never be a weapon. It should be a bridge, a foundation for unity and fairness. #JusticeForAll #BridgeBuilder
- There is power in stillness. In observing without reacting. In refusing to let anger be the only language we speak. We are more than our wounds. We are the fire, yes, but we are also the stillness before the spark
- In Indigenous teachings, the wasp is a fierce protector, a reminder to defend what is sacred. The fire, the wasp, the wild – all part of the circle, each with its purpose. #WeAreTheFire #IndigenousTeachings
- Love without tolerance is control. Tolerance without love is indifference. We need both to truly connect. #LoveAndTolerance #WeAreTheFire
- America’s strength isn’t just in power, but in unity. True greatness means building bridges, valuing allies, and creating opportunities for all. Infrastructure. Resilience. A nation where every voice matters. We are many, but we are one. #Unity #Legacy #StrengthThroughUnity
