- Welp! The election happened, and there are some surprising (positive!) things, and a lot of predictable (deeply, deeply depressing) things.

The IDF has continued to target journalists with impunity. No one has been held accountable for Shireen's killing.

- for 39 years, i thought i was a person who simply couldn't run. this February, i decided to give it a go, just for the hell of it. on March 16, i ran 5k for the first time, and it took me 44 minutes. today, i did 5k in 34 minutes, and it felt like a breeze. feels good to feel good about something!
