- It is almost 1am on May 14 and the Ways & Means Committee is “debating” the “budget proposal.” Current topic? GOP: Let’s remove the $200 fee to buy silencers / noise suppressors for guns. Also, this is a $1.4 trillion budget bill. And there are a LOT of other programs being cut. 😑😑😑
