- Tricky. Another option would be to promote the side-projects under a pseudonym. Good salary in games is rare. Depending on your involvement and position, the other job might be fulfilling and you won't have enough free time to do things on the side anyways. So many variables :D
- Tough one, that would really depend on the vibe of the company. I work on an indie-studio with a small team & work for another company on the side from time to time as well as doing my own projects. And everyone is kind of fine with that. Most companies i worked for just know that times are tough.

- These are just concepts so far, but i have a system in place where i read bone offsets and rotaions in the engine. The rest happens within the Material. Maybe i can post a video of an older animation later. hope this helps :)
