- I forgot how hard it is on my mental health to pay attention to the news in basically any capacity during a Trump presidency. I think I’m gonna take a break from here for a little while and see if it helps.

- if you're someone who is interested in some anecdata on this, of the 263 jobs i've applied for since march 27th: - 3 have gotten interviews - 6 have been canceled - 58 rejections - 60 no status update/communications in 30+ days, presumed rejected/canceled
- I’ve got a buddy who’s been looking for UI/UX work for nearly a year. He had just changed careers and only has a couple years of experience so he went and got an mba too and he’s still having a hell of a time. It’s brutal.
