This is gross: Among Us 3D launched today with an option to opt into having all voice data captured and processed by an external AI company—whose privacy statement (www.modulate.ai/privacy-and-...) is clearly written by AI *and* doesn't clearly answer how collected data is used. AVOID.

Yeah the more I think about this the more I was like "wow that's a creepy amount of personal data to store about literal actual children"

Apparently the functions of it is purely for monitoring/admin purposes to catch and flag bad behavior like harassment and hate speech.

Occam's Razor suggests Among Us simply doesn't want slurs hurled at children in their public game lobbies. Not everything is a conspiracy.

Considering how actively the internet is being scraped of data non-consensually, I am no longer giving any company the benefit of the doubt. With all due respect, may I point something out: You just said that no game has live-moderated voice chat, even though this entire thread is about how Among Us 3D has that exact feature. I sincerely respect and get where you're coming from, but this is conspiratorial thinking.
