Basically I’m just falling into 2 categories 1: I get super embarrassed/slightly shameful even thinking of ideas, but that’s a separate issue I’m working on 2: when I get past problem 1 and I finally have an idea I like I can’t word it cause I’m so distracted

Take it slow, one sentence at a time. Writing is not a race. If you can only get out "His teeth grazed her nipple" beofe you stop That's fine. You made progress. Smut takes me longer to write in general myself. So slow, steady and you'll be fine
