- You can have the best ideas – but the support has to be there to make it a reality. This wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing facilities @mpi-cbg.de and generous support by @erc.europa.eu

- Very excited that my paper "Discrete signature tensors for persistence landscapes" with @haharrington.bsky.social and Daniel Tolosa is now on arXiv! We use discrete signature tensors to vectorise barcodes, and we showcase such approach on a knotted protein dataset. arxiv.org/abs/2505.02800

- Why are biological membranes asymmetric, with different lipids in the two bilayer leaflets? Discovered in the 70s, lipid asymmetry is linked to many cellular processes, but why the cell needs it is largely unclear. @pavelbarahtjan.bsky.social addresses this question: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

- How can organs regenerate fast? Bioelectricity helps -- by coupling sub-second electrical injury signals to regenerative proliferation. First preprint from my potsdoc :D with @liujinghui.bsky.social @ritamateus.bsky.social @mpi-cbg.de and collaborators @mpipks.bsky.social @csbdresden.bsky.social
