- Very weird to see writers cheering for A.I. audiobooks. This is the same horrible machine that they want to replace YOU. Audiobook narrators are your peers.
- What an asshole. Good audiobook narrators add value to the written text, and bad ones detract. I can guess what category these computer voices fall into.
- When I get a really good narrator (Jesse Vilinsky, for example) I immediately look for other books they've narrated. And I've ditched books by authors I like (e.g.Pema Chodron) bec I couldn't stand the narration.
- They are AWFUL!
