- What is something that brought you joy today? My angel trumpet is opening its first bloom of the season! I grew this piece from a piece of my mother's plant and it means a lot to me to see it doing well and preparing to bloom so early.

- My mom started plants everywhere too (so do i) and it's such a wonderful tradition to carry on, don't you think? So meaningful!
- Because a rain is coming tonight, I pushed myself for the last 3 days to get my many gardens planted. There's only one left now, and I cleaned the henhouse and used the weedeater as an extra bonus! Sleeping with rain falling will be marvelous! The gardens will be beautiful, with lots of food for us.
