A terrible accident occurred yesterday not far from us. It's a 4-lane, straight road, limit of 60 kph, so of course the cops figure it's a speed issue. An SUV jumped the curb, killed a man & severely injured another. Likely distracted driving. www.ctvnews.ca/ottawa/artic...
