Users who’ve reposted content that isn’t theirs w/o significant effort to give proper credit or add personal/transformative commentary/alteration. Reposting siphons engagement from content creators while congesting users’ feeds with old and/or repetitive content. (e.g. art, memes, screenshots, etc.)
