- On April 28th, a group of legislators and Pritzker staff visited Clinton nuclear plant. Fun fact, the Early Site Permit issued at Clinton allows 6,800mw of new thermal capacity. That is almost exactly enough for 2 Westinghouse AP1000 reactors. www.nrc.gov/docs/ML0706/...
