The difference between one of the happiest societies, Norway and America is that in Norway they spend $300 million helping the homeless dude on the sidewalk, while in America they spend $300 million rebuilding Alcatraz.

It would cost $20,000,000,000 to end homelessness. Clearly this could be done AND it’s more expensive to perpetuate homelessness than end homelessness.
The most wealthy love homelessness. They get off on other people’s suffering.
