They have their own code of conduct/honor - which is a legal contract with students, but which they selective apply consequences based on viewpoint. That is viewpoint discrimination. An institution that participates in viewpoint discrimination should not receive federal funding.

He will double down in the attacks against Harvard. The playground bully loses power when his target fights back and “wins” for all to see. Others will then fight back. It’s up to the public to take to the streets and support our institutions.
