Well Harris kind of did, as long as your were Black with free money for crypto & weed (a 100% forgivable loan is free money). When I saw this last year I thought this was so bonkers it must be Russian agitprop, but it was true and unsurprisingly Fox news/MAGA made hay with it. (X link in 2nd post)
