One of my favorite parts of that book -- which is saying something!

Yeah, I'm revisiting it mainly because of its huge comparative scope.

...just realized that maybe you thought I was saying I *don't* like most of the book. I meant the opposite -- I think it's incredibly good. (But maybe I'm mistaken about the sense of your reply.)

I did read it wrong, my “yeah” was intended as a deflection of perceived harshness lol
