- I'm not sure why BlueSky's algorithm thought that the message prof. Hovenkamp quoted was somehow intolerant.
- This seems like the sort of thing that we may well not like, but that the CJEU shouldn't have invented a rule to stop. If the Member States want to include a rule in the Treaties to stop investor citizenship they can do that, but historically citizenship was a carefully protected prerogative.
