- All these guys were older than Pickens. Some went to worse teams. Notably left out Emmanuel Sanders, who won a Super Bowl with the Broncos. I don't know. Maybe the conversation needs to move to the Steelers miscalculate their own ability to manage personalities.

- He's 24, so the "has to grow up" argument is getting thin, which is probably why Steelers let him go. He's in a contract year though, so if he can keep his shit together for 1 season he will get PAID. Dallas can either pay him or let him go and expect a 4th/5th comp pick back.
- What I've learned about the red flags with Pickens. "Immature." Got into confrontations in college at games (swung a fist, sprayed someone with a water bottle. Shows up late or not at all to meetings. Has disappeared on game days only to arrive very lare. Gets easily frustrated and takes plays off.

- Dom and JD came to a promo shoot and they brought in a baby duck that was stranded in the parking lot. A make up artist knew a rescue and eventually took it there.
- Common misconception when people look to get panels is that they'll be fine in outages. You need an offgrid inverter to convert the power from DC to AC. But if a cloud passes by the system will shut down if you're pulling more than making. You need batteries to handle the load.
