- Not sure what to do about my running lately. Like a year and change ago I was able to do 4+ miles a day every day, and it feels like all I am doing lately is slower and shorter runs. Part of this is time available I guess but there's definitely less gas in the tank, and I want to get back to long.
- It's been 10 years and that's.. a long time but not long enough. It's been hard but it got easier, and harder at the same time. Here's to another 25 at least.
