- There is a type of man who likes to think of himself as dangerous in a "jungle cat ready to pounce" sort of way when he is actually dangerous in the "old bridge that you're crossing starts ominously groaning" sort of way.
- An enormous effort is required to modulate my tone of voice so that when people come in to the Map Center looking for the main entrance to the building I don't sound snarky saying "it's the one next door labelled 'Entrance'"
