Kudos to QC IT department for managing to send out an inaccessible PDF to account for our recent website outage. The number of extra steps it takes to produce such a document really demonstrates the department's willingness to go the extra mile to fail extra hard.
Apr 11, 2025 15:31Looking at the document, several phrases are underlined as if they are links -- but the document is in black and white, leading me to conclude that someone made an accessible document, printed it out, and scanned it back in, not realizing that an image of text is not machine-readable text.
