- for sure, the breaks and naps are needed to conserve energy, especially when we need it to fight back BS. I'm privileged to be able to have more then most right now so I want to use it so others can lean on me more as best as I can. (within healthy boundaries ectect)

- ITS A WEIRD MILESTONE. But always a reminder, age is a privilege denied to many. I like getting older though, despite how much I need to stretch in the mornings now lol.

- I have so many friends/family that have bdays around this time I normally dont celebrate it but my friend made me promise i'd think of what i wanted haha. WHICH IS CARROT CAKE + NOSFERATU TONIGHT.
- theres some reflection I gotta do on turning the age that my mom was when she passed. I have an aunt that was a similar age to me when her mom died, so shes given me some wisdom..but def warrant a very emotional and reflective comic of some sort that will give me a pressure headache.
- not today tho, I'm eating carrot cake today. I plan my emotional outbursts like an adult. (this also includes reading "I Kill Giants")
