That brings back the Voting Rights Act that Roberts said wasn't valid because racism doesn't exist any longer in USA. It's been almost a DECADE, and allows states to gerrymander to 'surgical precision.' REMOVE Citizen's United, money is not free speech -- because we all can't contribute the same.
