AOC: The math is not adding up. Their claim is that one million undocumented people are on Medicaid. So why are they trying to cut 13.7 million Americans off their healthcare?
I'm sure they know that undocumented people are not allowed to receive Medicaid. They're playing more head games on their ignorant supporters.I worked for the gov and know the hoops people have to jump through to get on Medicaid. Undocumented applicants couldn't cut through the red tape.
May 14, 2025 04:40Took me 6 months to get my mother, incontinent with late stage Alzheimer’s, on Medicaid. I repeatedly had to send her financial info. And after all the hoops, she got 4 hours a week for nursing care.
I hear ya. My mom passed due to Alzheimer’s. These will be devastating for a growing number of people. Hang in there.

The number of people this affects, and the devastating cuts to Medicare/Medicaid, are going to be disastrous for us.
