Accounts with a primary purpose of artificially driving traffic to a site, increasing search engine ranking, posting low-quality "helpful tips", or offering manipulative spam software or services rather than authentic participation. It is highly unlikely these people are really Elon Musk, Keanu Reeves, etc. Also includes impersonating Bluesky staff, impersonating organizations, and impersonating individual Bluesky users where I can verify in which direction the impersonation goes.
