People and organizations I have personally blocked because I have found their posts to be offensive, reactionary, or rude, which is why I blocked them on this site.

This is what it seems :) A hand built mixed list of transphobic, in part racist, MAGA, Nazi and jew hating accounts touting that there are only two genders. Plus every other account bluesing this in connection with real transphobia or hatred. None of these is listed unchecked.
