OZTURK has now been sworn in and is preparing to testify in support of her release from detention.

OZTURK has spent her direct testimony discussing her humanitarian work related to child development and the increased frequency of asthma attacks since her detention. She also says Tufts has offered her housing should she be released.

Ozturk's testimony is over. The government declined to cross-examine her.
