- This is just pure bone-headed evil by the DOJ, even after admitting that Garcia was scooped up "in error", they are now not even just implying - they are STATING - that he is a gang member, has committed crimes, etc and REFUSING to admit that they got it wrong. Doubling down against the law! Evil.
